Bespoke Thermal Insulation Covers

Made to your exact dimensions

Not everything on a real site is a standard size. Unusual valve configurations, complex pipework arrangements, equipment with integrated instrumentation, non-standard fitting dimensions: these are the situations where a standard insulation cover simply does not work.

Lagflex manufactures fully bespoke removable thermal insulation covers for exactly these requirements. Our team designs, engineers and manufactures a custom solution that fits perfectly and performs reliably, regardless of the shape, size or operating temperature. There is no minimum order quantity, and lead times are often shorter than you might expect.

When are bespoke thermal insulation jackets the right choice?

Our standard thermal insulation jackets cover the most common valve and pipe sizes used across the UK industry. A bespoke cover is the right route when:

Valve or fitting dimensions fall outside the standard range

Complex or awkward pipework configurations are involved: elbows, tee pieces, reducers, and actuators

Equipment has unusual shapes, integral components or instrumentation that must remain accessible

Specific materials, temperature ratings or chemical resistance are required

Multi-part jacket systems are needed for large or complex equipment

Specialist requirements, such as leak detection or trace heating integration, apply

Our bespoke process

Every bespoke order begins with a proper conversation about your requirements. We ask about the equipment type, operating conditions, access requirements and any constraints on materials or dimensions.

From there, the process is straightforward:
